International Women’s Day | Recommendations

In honor of International Women’s Day and as inspired by Tor’s post on the ‘best and boldest female authors in SFF’, I’ve put together a recommendation list of some of the amazing female authors whose books I’ve read or who are on my TBR. As I tend to talk mostly about SFF, I wanted to open up my own recommendations post to include female authors across the different genres which I read and have broken the recommendations down into their respective genres below. There are some very talented multi-genre authors on this list who have published books of different genres so I have decided to include the books that I have read under its respective category.

Of course, there are so many brilliant female authors out there and this list is just a tiny proportion of some of the authors whose works I have read or want to read so please do share your own recommendations in the comments below ❤

  1. You’ve put so much effort in this list Avery, I love it! Some of these were already on my radar but I’ve added so many to my TBR too. 😊
