I have been almost completely absent from my blog this month, with the exception of a few posts earlier in the month about E3, and have been particularly disconnected from anything pride related. I loved Wendy‘s answers for this 30 Days of Pride tag and thought that I would bring you some non-book related tag info for change

Book Tag |The Blog Glo-Up
In honor of her blog’s third anniversary this month, Wendy tagged me in the ‘Blog Glo-Up Tag‘ that she created to celebrate. I’ve been aware that I haven’t been posting many book tags recently but have been eager to get back into doing book tag Thursdays and, as next month will be my own two year blogging anniversary, I thought this one would be perfect.

Blogmas | Being Trans During the Winter Holidays
The Winter Holidays can be tough on many of us. It’s often a time when a lot of difficult circumstances and experiences arise during the times when you least want to (or are able to) deal with them. It might be the first (or even tenth) holiday season without a loved one, where you’re without a roof over your head, where you struggle to cope with addiction or family members who are addicts, where you have no money for heating let alone any presents… the list goes on. This Blogmas I wanted to acknowledge the difficulties that many of us face during the winter holidays and talk about my own experiences of being trans during this time. Why I Disappeared From Blogging
Some of you may (or may not) have noticed that I disappeared from blogging for a little while and I wanted to share with you all why that happened, and my thoughts on returning to blogging.
Wrap Up | October
September turned out to be a fairly successful month for me. My blogging frequently is increasing, at a snail’s pace but it’s something, but the biggest thing to come out of September was finally getting my result’s for my dissertation and degree! After a long and very painful 28 days, I found out I got a 1st overall for my degree and over 75% for my dissertation. After all the shit that has happened throughout the 3.5 years of my degree, it honestly feels like the best trophy to get a 1st AND survive being at university. I still can’t quite believe it, and I definitely can’t believe that it’s already the 1st day of October! Time flies by too fast, but I like to at least begin the month with a vague outline of what I might be getting up to.
