I have been almost completely absent from my blog this month, with the exception of a few posts earlier in the month about E3, and have been particularly disconnected from anything pride related. I loved Wendy‘s answers for this 30 Days of Pride tag and thought that I would bring you some non-book related tag info for change

Book Tag | The A-Z of Book Bloggers
It’s been a while since I’ve done a book tag and I loved the look of this A-Z of Book Bloggers tag that imyril recently did. The tag was originally created by the Perpetual Page Turner.
Author you’ve read the most books by
As much as it pains me to say it I think it might actually be J.K Rowling because of the Harry Potter series, but if not then it would be George R.R Martin thanks to the huge ASOIAF series. I would definitely love for this to change to an author that I actually really love :’)
Best sequel ever
This is such a hard one for me because, as I’m sure we are all aware of by now, I suck at series and hardly ever get past that first book. So… I don’t think I can answer this (yet) until I discover more sequels!
Currently reading
I started Tone of Voice by the wonderful Kaia Sønderby today and oh my heart. I adored Failure to Communicate and I can’t even explain how warm it made my heart when I rejoined Xandri Corelel on her adventures. I can’t wait to see what she gets up to in this book ❤
Drink of choice whilst reading
My reading drink of choice really depends on what time of the day it is and how I’m feeling. If it’s in the morning or early afternoon I’ll probably be drinking tea, but if it’s the evening or on a warm afternoon then I’ll probably be drinking diet coke. Either way, these are my two staple drinks.

Book Tag | Spring Cleaning
I’ve seem quite a few people joining in with this great Spring Cleaning tag and couldn’t resist joining in too, especially given our recent spring cleaning session.
The struggle of getting started: A book or series you struggle to begin because of its size
At 600 pages, Children of Time is a beast (in more ways than one) and definitely intimidated me before I picked it up. It was sat on my TBR for a long time before I finally got my hands on a physical copy, and then sat on my bookshelf being a large book friend for a few months before I finally read it. Once I started though I couldn’t stop because it’s a phenomenal book.
Book Tag |The Blog Glo-Up
In honor of her blog’s third anniversary this month, Wendy tagged me in the ‘Blog Glo-Up Tag‘ that she created to celebrate. I’ve been aware that I haven’t been posting many book tags recently but have been eager to get back into doing book tag Thursdays and, as next month will be my own two year blogging anniversary, I thought this one would be perfect.

Book Tag | The Last 10
I missed book tag Thursday yesterday because I had my first shift at my new job! I can’t remember if I told you all about it but I’m one of the new operations assistants at a local community centre working part-time while I study. I also had to finish my PhD application which was due in today, so I’ve had a pretty busy few days and fell a bit behind with blogging.
Here’s a fun little tag to catch up on my missed day yesterday!
