April is the best month of all because it’s my birthday and it’s right in the middle of the month so I always try to get away with not doing things “because it’s my birthday”. I’ve had a few people ask me about buying me gifts for my birthday – if you would like to buy me anything then you can check out my amazon wishlist! My birthday is April 15th 🙂 That’s right – I am the most irritating combination of a Gryffindor AND being an Aries.
April is also awesome because its Autism Awareness Month! Sadly, I don’t usually see as many people talking about Autism Awareness Month as they do about other awareness months so I want to try to do some Autism themed posts to celebrate the month!
April TBR
Don’t talk to me about the state of my TBR this month because it’s such a mess :’) I already had a collection of books left over from last month that I really want to finish reading soon because they’ve been sat on my bookshelves feeling neglected for at least 4 months. I’m also trying to work through my e-ARCs slowly so that I can actually start requesting newer books without feeling an overwhelming sense of guilt. Obviously because it’s my birthday I have SURPRISINGLY asked for more books (I know right, how unexpected) so I want to allow myself the space to actually reading them when I receive them… I have a horrible habit of feeling like I’m not *allowed* to read them straight away and so never end up getting round to reading them so this year I am implementing a new strategy called READ ALL THE BIRTHDAY BOOKS. As it’s my birthday month, I had also instated a library ban on myself but as you can see that didn’t go to well… I blame Obsidio and Children of Blood and Bone screaming at me from the shelves. I am weak and the library is strong.

OMG you have amazing books on your TBR! I love Legend by Marie Lu! I need to reread it! ACOTAR I have mixed feelings about but I might reread it just to see why I didn’t exactly like it. Hope you enjoy your reading! 🙂

Thank you! I’ve enjoyed it so far. Read all of the graphic novels because I’m lazy and started with easy reads xD

Have a Happy Birthday! I never really create a TBR. Only for the books I need to read for reviewing.
